FAQ
1. What if I have more than one Dog?
Regardless of whether you have One Dog or Ten our price remains the same.
2. Can I Request My Service on a Certain Day of the Week?
Yes you can. We will work with you to find a day and time that suits you. However this may not always be possible due to availability but we always try our best.
3. Can You Work With My Dog in the Garden?
As long as your Dog is friendly then of course! Peter loves making new friends.
4. Do I have to be Home for you to carry out the service?
No if your Garden is accessible and you are Happy for us to Carry out the work without you being home then we are more than happy to do so.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes you will need to cancel service because life just happens. We require 24 hours advance notice or you will be charged. If we can we will offer you a different time/day that week to avoid this from happening.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash, Card or Bank Transfer.
